I've got a handful of items from them, and honestly, I can only say good things. The fabric on the clothes is genuine and seems durable, not like that cheap stuff from China. The shipping was pretty decent too, and everything fits just right.

I've made 6 purchases from this company and never faced any problems with their customer service or the clothing. This is definitely among my top three brands, and it ain't just two or three!

I've bought several shirts for my husband without any issues, but the shipping takes ages. Recently, my 16-year-old son wanted to grab some clothes from this site. He went for the $100 mystery box, and after shelling out $45 for shipping and waiting nearly a month, he finally got it. When he opened it, he discovered a bunch of clothes that nobody would want. All the shirts were bright pink and turquoise—no neutral shades at all—and the hat was pretty cheap. The only thing he liked was a comfy red sweater. It's a bummer because this wasn't the kind of experience I was hoping for him. That $100 mystery box is pretty much a waste. Seriously, skip the mystery box. Plus, their customer service is terrible and offers no assistance whatsoever.

I've ordered from Hasta Muerte a couple of times now. The first time, my order arrived super quick. For the second one, I placed it on Christmas Eve. I hadn’t seen my order come in yet, but I thought, given the timing and the holidays, there might be a little hold-up. I checked the status and saw that the company got in touch and sent my order out the same day. I totally get that businesses can get swamped during the holiday rush, but just by me reaching out to check on things, they really stepped up and got my order shipped out fast. I’m definitely gonna keep buying quality stuff from Hasta Muerte!

Honestly, I believe this company is heading for bankruptcy due to the number of unfulfilled orders. It’s been 18 days, and my order is still sitting there, not shipped. They also don’t respond to emails. There’s just no reason for them to ignore their customers like this. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years.

On November 27, I made a purchase for three hoodies. I forked out a hefty fee for priority shipping, but I wasn't too shocked given what it promises. I found a package waiting for me on my porch on January 9, but when I opened it, I saw that only two out of the three hoodies were included. I was pretty let down since I expected all of them to arrive together since I ordered them at once. I quickly reached out to Hastamuerte using the phone number they provided, and a friendly female representative helped me sort things out. I also shot an email to customer service, and Kris responded to me pretty fast, explaining the situation thoroughly. Sometimes, they ship part of your order while the rest is still being packed. The very next day, I got an email with a tracking number for the missing hoodie. Now it's January 14, and I've got everything in my hands. The quality of the hoodies is fantastic, and even though I was puzzled about the initial missing item, I'm not disappointed in the clothing at all. They fit perfectly, and their customer service is top-notch.

I've ordered from them a bunch of times and never had any issues. The quality of the stuff I received (like sweaters, shirts, zip-ups, masks, beanies, and backpacks) is great. I really dig the sales and the option for 4 split payments. Plus, when they ran out of something I wanted before I could snag it, they refunded me and adjusted my Afterpay. So, I'm super satisfied and really happy with Hasta Muerte.

I'm really impressed with the quality of this hoodie. The fit was just right. At 6'2" with longer arms, it suits me well.

The ink quality could use some improvement, but the design and message totally make up for it.

This definitely won't be my only order.

The moment I stumbled upon the Hasta Muertes site, I couldn't resist clicking on it. The sweatshirts and other apparel caught my eye, and I figured one of those sweatshirts would make an awesome present for my best friend's upcoming birthday. Since it was my first time buying from them, I placed my order a month in advance, hoping it would arrive way ahead of time, but that didn’t happen. I haven’t received any emails or decent customer service updates explaining why my order is still pending. I spent $100 on this sweatshirt, and now the surprise gift I was so pumped about feels like a total letdown. I'm really bummed out.

This brand has some neat designs, no doubt. What bothers me, though, is that many of the shirts feel a bit flimsy and run small. There aren't many options for bigger and taller folks. Even the shorts are on the shorter side, and the joggers? They fit more like skinny joggers. Just for reference, I'm 6'2" and weigh 250 lbs.
